Haunted Houses in Dallas

Going to a haunted house in Dallas is sure to make you get  in the mood of Halloween as you get scared to death. They’re even better when you get a group of friends to come along since that’s how you really see what people are made out of. With plenty of weekends until Halloween comes around, you can easily go to more than one of these Haunted Houses to see which one is your favorite. If you’ve been to some last year, many have changed themes to keep them fresh and scary so don’t hesitate going again this year.

Boneyard Haunted House

This Dallas Haunted House features plenty of high tech effects along with good old fashioned blood and guts scare tactics. Measured at over half a mile long, you are sure to think twice before every little twist and turn it takes you on.

Strangling Brothers Texas Haunted Circus

Be greeted by a fire-spitting semi-truck that’s run by a crazed clown and avoid being toppled by blood thirsty crowns when venturing into the tent. Cutting edge animatronics with innovative lighting in the tent and through the haunted maze makes the experience as real as can be.

When: Now through November 1st

Hours: 7:30-11 pm Monday through Thursday, 7:30-Midnight Friday and Saturday

Dark Hour Haunted House

This is the second Halloween for Dark Hour Haunted House to be open and thrill guests at the Coven Manor cemetery with so much attention to detail it will be like stepping into another place and time. This Dallas Haunted House has three distinct sections that make up the whole show so your nerves will be shot by the time you’re finished.

When: Friday and Saturday nights September 26th through November 1st

Hours: 7 pm to 12 am

Where: 701 Taylor Dr, Plano, TX 75074

Cost: $26 General Admission, $45 FastPass, $65 VIP. Buy tickets online.

Moxley Manor Haunted House

2014 is Moxley Manor’s 5th year and they are bringing an all new haunted house to celebrate. This is an indoor haunted house so it’s open rain or shine.

  • 3rd and 4th
  • 10th through 12th
  • 16th through 19th
  • 23rd through 26th
  • 28th through November 1st

Reindeer Manor Halloween Park

This Dallas Halloween park is the oldest haunted attraction in Texas and has three haunted houses for one price. This year’s Reindeer mansion is all new and has been rebuilt and reimagined.

When: Fridays and Saturdays from October 3rd through November 1st with a Lights Out Event on October 26th

Hours: Fridays 8 pm to 12 am. Saturdays 7 pm to 12 am

Cost: Cash only at ticket booth. Tickets can also be bought online here.

  • $35 for all three shows. $20 for children 9 and under.
