Texas Halloween Boo Ya'll

Great Places to Buy Halloween Decorations in Texas

When it comes to decorating for Halloween, Texans don’t disappoint. Some turn their suburban homes into a frightening, dilapidated-looking building that makes trick-or-treaters think twice before ringing the doorbell. If this sounds like something you want to do, you’ll have to know where are all the great places to buy Halloween decorations in Texas.

Halloween Stores

Halloween stores, like Spirit Halloween, pop up all over Texas beginning at the end of September to the first week of October. They are not just about Halloween costumes. They also sell the creepy Halloween decorations. You can make your living room a terrifying scene, or make the outside of your home look like the neighborhood’s haunted house.

If you want to go all out for Halloween, the stores that are specifically open for the holiday will have the best things. They are typically large stores that have a wide variety of options.

Since they are only open for about a month, you will have to look online or really keep your eye open to see where they pop up. One tip: large warehouses that you can buy fireworks for New Years and the 4th of July tend to switch over to be a Halloween store.

Party Supply Stores

A lot of party stores in Texas, such as Party City, turn to selling Halloween decorations. Some will start putting things out once the back to school season is over. The earlier you start to look, the better your chances are of finding what you want before other people get the best things.

Craft Stores

Another place to find Halloween decorations that you can’t find anywhere else is at craft stores. like Hobby Lobby or Michaels.. Don’t worry, if you aren’t into making the decorations yourself, they will have pre-made Halloween decorations that are sure to get the look you want.

On the other hand, craft stores are a great place to get items to make your own ghostly Halloween decorations. They’ll have all the right materials in one place so you can create one-of-a-kind decorations that make your neighbors jealous.
